Yoga carried me through one very messy divorce. Single motherhood. Managing two businesses.  A second marriage. Ten years on the brink of 10 bankruptcy…and back. Today I’m a mom, a yoga teacher, a businesswoman, a writer, a seeker.  I juggle a lot in my life, just like you.  After 40+ years of  yoga, I managed to come out sane and smiling (mostly). I want to share those simple secrets to stressless living.

    Is it possible that Hot Yoga can help with disc or hip injuries? I am headed toward surgeries or steroids and want to avoid those of course.
